This week we’re going to show you a truly twisted 5 minute workout add-on for insanely rapid fat loss. I’m also going to share 3 of my best techniques for making your cardio more effective — so that you burn MORE FAT, with LESS EFFORT.
And this week wraps up our Ultra-Fast Fat Loss Module! I hope you’ve had the chance to try the techniques I’m showing you out, so you can see how effective they are for yourself. If you haven’t yet though, at the very least I would like you to:
- Add one of the fat loss meals I showed you in Week 2 to your Zero Willpower meals for one week
- Pick one of the workout add-ons I showed you in Week 3 and in this week, and try adding them onto your basic Six Pack Shortcuts workouts for one week.
And if you want to lose fat faster than normal, you can continue using these meals and workout add-ons throughout the program. And if not, you can keep this module in your back-pocket for whenever you have a special event coming up that you want to lean up for. It’ll be great to have in case something comes up where you want to get shredded on short notice.
