This is your cardio assisted intense fat burning routine for phase 4. I am giving you a day off the weights but still give your all to this exercise! TRAIN HARD!
A Triset is 3 exercises back to back with no rest in between. These exercises will be done for time so get as many reps in every set that you can! I know you guys have seen all these exercises before in the program but here is a brief description of each individual exercise.
As your feet spread apart bring your hands up over your head in a half circle motion clapping at the top.
Hands Planted on the floor bring your knees on at a time as close to your chest as possible in a fluid controlled running motion.
Air Jacks are just like jumping jacks except I want you to explode off the ground really extending your body to its fullest extent.
