Haha we have a few monsters every once in a while for that extra boost. We do not rely on it but everything in moderation.

Yes, it keeps the same proportion and is easy for everyone to measure.

I would not worry too much about calorie count, just focus on eating the recommended foods and you will not need to count anything.

Boiled eggs and chicken can be good. Sometimes boiling food can possibly begin to push out some of the extra nutrients.
Learn to poach meats and eggs. Not hard to do at all and the meats turn out very moist and retain more nutrients. And you can use all kinds of veggies, herbs, and spices to flavor the food. Google “how to poach”. Lots of info available.

So each meal can only be fist and half, because the food just looks to good , but im curious, for example would one steak of that size and half a steak be CONSIDERED one meal out of the other meals for the day, just making sure.
If you have a whole steak i would slice it in half to consume over 2 meals. It will digest much easier.

The calories might be different but do not worry too much about that. Just keep the portions in balance.

We use either olive oil or PAM cooking spray to coat the grill

You can cook the meat to your liking but medium is what we aim for, juicy.
